I’m a UK-based designer focused on creating meaningful experiences through design. Offering over four decades of experience, I oversee diverse interdisciplinary teams, fostering relationships with both designers and stakeholders to establish design practices that people want to work with and be a part of. I care about the details in creating effective, intuitive interfaces.

I approach both design and leadership with a focus on people, establishing empathy for the people who make and the people who use the applications and services I help bring to life. Throughout my career I’ve collaborated with diverse brands including Swisscom, Bang & Olufsen, Virgin Media and Quadriga, leading design teams to create insight led, human-centred experiences that ensure both business and user needs are met. My work combines product design, service design, research and brand strategy with a focus on the end user experience.

My creative background also includes book design and illustration, with many published works for companies including Weidenfeld & Nicolson, Oxford University Press, Heinemann and Harper Collins. You can find my illustration examples via the link above.
